Century Communities will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 20 from noon to 2 p.m. at The Heights in Aurora, Colo.

The Colorado-based firm is in the process of building 94 detached three-story condos in the community. Floorplans range in square footage from 1,604 to 1,884 and include two-to-three bedrooms and attached two-bay garages. Prices start in the low $400s and move-in ready homes are now available.

“We are thrilled to be part of The Heights community,” said Natasha Gandhi, Colorado vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re excited to offer this modern product with the conveniences of condo living, but the privacy and lifestyle that a single-family home offers.”

A special incentive will be offered to those who contract on or before Feb. 18, Century said. When buyers purchase a new home in The Heights, during grand opening month, they will receive free air conditioning.

The Heights is located in southwest Aurora and provides quick access to downtown Denver and the Tech Center via I-225 and the Iliff light rail station. Residents of The Heights, which is served by the Cherry Creek School District, will also enjoy close proximity to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The community location grants homeowners easy access to acres of parks including Cherry Creek Reservoir, trails, and golf courses.
