Late last week, newly formed CalAtlantic Homes announced the Grand Opening of Rosedale, a new Ryland Homes-branded single-family home community in Aldie, Va. The executive-style community offers four luxury home designs on 49 homesites in the rolling hills of Loudoun County, Va.
Here's more from CalAtlantic:
"Homeowners will have the ability to personalize their new home with options such as adding an additional bedroom. Five floor plans range from 3,064 to 3,491 square feet in size with gourmet kitchens, four to six bedrooms, two and one-half to four and one-half baths, and two-car side entry garages. Pricing starts in the high $630,000s.
The Rosedale community is unique in its intimate size of just 49 homesites on two main cul-de-sacs. It is located in exclusive Loudoun County amongst rolling topography and surrounded by horse country, and is zoned to the Loudoun County School District.
Rosedale is conveniently located near a plethora of recreation, dining, shopping and entertainment destinations, including: Loudoun County parks, including Gilbert's Corner Regional Park and Aldie Mill Historic Park; Ticonderoga Farm; Stone Ridge Shopping Center; Brambleton Town Center; Historic Middleburg offering quaint shopping, boutiques, restaurants and spas; the Historic Village of Aldie; and Virginia wineries including Chrysalis Vineyards, Quattro Goomba's Winery and Cana Vineyards."
