CalAtlantic Homes announced the opening of four new model homes at Bent Creek Preserve in Naples, Fla. The Grand Opening coincides with the unveiling of the community's new lakefront clubhouse.

"The unveiling of this exquisite new home collection and the much-anticipated clubhouse are benchmark events for Bent Creek Preserve," said Dan Grosswald, South Florida Division President for CalAtlantic Homes in a press release. "The new unique floor plans and clubhouse underscore the amenity-rich lifestyle found at Bent Creek Preserve and are the next step in continued success for the community."

The 11 new one- and two-story home designs at Bent Creek Preserve range from 2,118 to 4,220 square feet, with two bedrooms (plus den) to five bedrooms, and two to four-and-a-half baths. Interiors feature spacious Great Rooms and gourmet kitchens with center islands - ideal for enjoying time with family and friends.

Each floor plan includes a spacious owner's suite with a spa-inspired bath, and many secondary bedrooms offer convenient en-suite baths to accommodate home buyers ranging from young families to empty nesters. Home prices start in the upper $300,000s.

Home exteriors at Bent Creek Preserve capture the resort-style spirit of the community with a mix of Spanish, Italianate and European Cottage architectural styles. A new lakefront clubhouse adds to that environment with a state-of-the-art fitness facility, locker rooms, and steam rooms, a billiard room, an event salon with a catering kitchen, and indoor/outdoor spaces with stunning water views. The amenity center also includes a resort-style pool, a tot lot and tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts.

CalAtlantic also announced the Grand Opening of Ashford Place, a new collection of stunning homes in the highly desirable community of Westfield, Ind.

"With a total of 14 new home designs to choose from, Ashford Place gives home shoppers the opportunity to find just the right floor plan to fit their lifestyle," said Craig Jensen, Indianapolis Division President for CalAtlantic Homes in a press release. "The price point of these homes is equally attractive, giving first-time home buyers and young families an affordable way to establish themselves in this sought-after community."

Ashford Place offers ranch and two-story single-family home designs ranging from 1,775 to 3,418 square feet. The homes offer three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half baths. Pricing starts in the low $200,000s.

The floor plans feature bright foyers that flow easily into large great rooms and gourmet kitchens with center islands. Each home features a owner's suite with a spa-inspired bath. One of the home designs offers a first-floor bedroom suite with a full bath. Home buyers can choose from Traditional American, Craftsman or Tudor exterior styles.
