Construction at the ten-home 95 Lake community and the 32-home Riversouth community in urban Cleveland, Ohio is nearly complete, says developer Andrew Brickman of Brickhaus Partners. Site work and landscaping at Riversouth is complete, while 95 Lake is set for move-ins at the end of the month.
Both of these developments are designed to provide easy access to the amenities of city living as well as to public parks and green space. Energy-efficiency is a top priority for Brickhaus; both communities include energy-efficient furnaces, stainless steel appliances and water heaters, and Riversouth’s Ecohomes also include smart home technology.
Three out of the ten 95 Lake community townhomes have sold; the remaining three range in size from 1,800 to 2,168 square feet and in price from $499,000 to $649,000, plus 15-year tax abatements. The ten remaining Riversouth units range in size from 1,148 to 2,808 square feet, and in price from $269,000 to $539,000, plus seven-year tax abatements.
