The Travis County government, represented here by CBRE, has announced that it is seeking development proposals for the 308 Guadalupe Street lot in downtown Austin.
“The County seeks proposals that maximize value for the 77,215-square-foot site, which could be developed to 25:1 floor area ratio (FAR) based on the City of Austin’s density bonus program,” CBRE said.
The site is a full city block, bounded by Third and Fourth streets, currently in use as a surface parking lot. It is located near a hotel and high-rise apartments.
Proposals are due to the Travis County Purchasing Agent by Nov. 9.
