Texas-based LGI Homes made its name as an entry-level builder, but with its Terrata Homes brand it's aiming to capture the move-up buyer. Its already selling Terrata Homes in San Antonio and Charlotte, according to its website. And, now it has introduced a third Terrata community-- in Colorado's Yeager Farm.
According to an LGI press release: "Terrata Homes combines functionality, quality, and elegance offering new homes constructed with beautiful craftsmanship, high- quality materials and superior interior finishes. Practical and functional homes with impeccable architecture and a focus on attention to detail are the highlight of this luxury brand."
The company says that residents of Yeager Farm, which is in the Denver market, enjoy close proximity to major areas of employment and entertainment while living in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
LGI will offer six floor plans with up to five bedrooms and three baths at Yeager Farm, including single-story and two-story floor plans. The homes will offer granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large basements, and fully fenced back yards. In addition, the open floor plans include attached two-car garages, front yard landscaping and a 10-year structural warranty. Prices start in the high $300s.
