Land Advisors Organization on Thursday announced the successful closing of Phase 1 involving 77 fully entitled lots of Summit at Fontana, a 29-acre residential community including a total of 171 single-family detached lots separated into 3 phases, to KB Home from Stratham Homes, Inc. The project is located in the northeast quadrant of Summit Avenue and Citrus Avenue in Fontana, California with proximity to the I-15 and 210 freeway.
Fontana is one of the Inland Empire’s fastest growing cities. By its proximity to major freeways, the project is located 15 minutes from Los Angeles County and 30 minutes from Orange County making the area very attractive to future residents working in those areas. In addition, future residents will have access to nearby attractions; include Downtown Fontana, Auto Club Speedway, Victoria Gardens Mall, Scandia Amusement Park, Ontario Mills Mall, as well as various parks and nearby retail centers.
The team representing Stratham in the sale to KB Homes was comprised of Doug Jorritsma, Senior Vice President, and Winn Galloway, Vice President at Land Advisors’ West San Bernardino Division. Land Advisors is planning to list the remaining 94 lots of phases 2 and 3 in the Spring/Summer 2017.
