KB Home (NYSE: KBH) Friday announced the grand opening of its new Springtime neighborhood in the Harvest master plan in Upland, Calif. Springtime at Harvest's convenient location provides easy access to Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties via Interstates 10 and 210 and Highways 57 and 60.
KB plans to construct 125 single-family homes at Springtime at Harvest, offering a selection of four two-story home designs that range from 2,085 to 2,394 square feet, and can accommodate up to five bedrooms, three baths, and two-car garages. Pricing starts in the mid-$500,000s. Models will be open to the public for the first time this weekend, February 18 and 19.
