On Tuesday KB Home announced the opening of two new Texas communities.
The Landings at Wells Branch is a new neighborhood in Pflugerville located near Dell, National Instruments, and IBM, while Copano Ridge is a new Universal City neighborhood near prominent local employers like Randolph Air Force Base, Northeast Methodist Hospital, and Northeast Lakeview College, and convenient to downtown San Antonio and Fort Sam Houston, according to KB.
When completed, Copano Ridge will consist of 275 homes. The community will include a private pool, a children's playground, and park space. KB says development of these amenities is underway.
Buyers at Copano Ridge can choose from single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,792 to 3,475 square feet. The 13 floor plans allow buyers to further customize their homes to include spaces such as great rooms, covered patios, lofts, or additional bedrooms. All floor plans include a two-car garage and offer a variety of exterior choices and combinations featuring materials such as stucco, stone and brick.
"We're excited to be able to offer families one of the few opportunities to own a brand new home in this highly-desirable area where available land is scarce," said Brett Dietz, president of KB Home's San Antonio division in a press release. "In addition, our energy-efficient products and community amenities will set us apart when compared to other nearby subdivisions."
Buyers at Landings at Wells Branch can choose from one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,353 to 2,898 square feet. These floor plans give buyers the opportunity to further customize their homes to include spaces such as great rooms, lofts or additional bedrooms. All floor plans include a two-car garage and offer a range of exterior choices and combinations, which can include materials such as stucco, stone and brick.
"We are excited to give families the opportunity to own a brand new, energy-efficient home in an incredibly commuter-friendly neighborhood," said Ken Langston, president of KB Home Austin's division said in a release. "This is a big plus for families who want to spend less time on Austin-area highways and more time in their beautiful new home."
