Hills Properties, a real estate firm located in the Greater Cincinnati area, has applied as HP Acquisitions to develop more than 485 residential units and 17 acres of commercial space in the city of Springboro, Ohio.
The proposed plan calls for 34 acres of single-family developments, a 19-acre section of apartments and townhomes, and a second, 8-acre townhome section. A 52-unit townhouse development and a 312-apartment and townhouse development plan are included.
The plans have fewer details about the commercial side of the development with the proposal mentioning senior living, restaurants and convenience retail. Dan Boron, planning consultant with the city of Springboro, said the commercial part of the proposal still needs work to meet standards for development in that area.
