KB Home (NYSE: KBH) has announced the grand opening of its Creekstone neighborhood of single-family homes in Orlando, Florida. Potential buyers can now visit the Orlando community and tour its three model homes.

The Creekstone community is located near Lake Nona’s Medical City, as well as the Orlando International Airport. Within a short drive are the Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks, as well as the Lee Vista Promenade.

The neighborhood will include both one- and two-story homes, ranging from 1,676 to 4,120 square feet, with up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, depending on buyer preference. A pool, playground, dog park, play field, ramada, and picnic tables are planned to be built as future amenities for the community.

Pricing for the Creekstone community is from the $260,000s.

All of the Creekstone homes are ENERGY STAR® certified. The homes include many energy-saving features, such as a Wi-Fi thermostat; dual-pane, low-emissions windows; increased insulation; and WaterSense®-labeled water features.

KB Home also opened its Groves collection of townhomes and Greencourts collection of single-family homes in Inspirada, a master-planned community in Henderson, NV, on Saturday.
