New home sales fell year-over-year in Orlando, FL in May. Average prices of new and existing homes moved up, rising 18.3%. The percentage of new home closings belonging to attached homes dropped, falling 9.2% percentage points. The percentage of new home closings belonging to single family homes rose, climbing 9.2% percentage points.
