The Wall Street Journal’s Emily Nonko has highlighted three luxury homes currently on the market specifically situated with views of nearby ski resorts. They are located in Ketchum, Idaho; Tahoe City, Calif.; and Aspen, Colo.
The Ketchum home, built in the 1970s, is 3,820 square feet in size on five acres. It is located near Sun Valley’s Bald Mountain ski slopes, and features floor-to-ceiling views of the Sawtooth National Forest. The property is listed for $5.6 million.
The Tahoe City property is located near several ski properties, and features a 4,644 square-foot timber lodge and guest house, as well as a boat slip and pier. It is listed for $6.95 million.
The Aspen Home, located one mile from the Aspen Mountain ski report, is 5,574 square feet in size and features wood-beamed ceilings. It is listed for $10.95 million.
