Toll Brothers has opened its first model home at its new building in Manhattan's Flatiron District. Curbed NY reports:

In just a few months from now, the 19-story, Morris Adjmi-designed condo building on West 17th Street will welcome its first residents, and in anticipation of that, developer Toll Brothers City Living has now unveiled a model home at the condo.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit spans just under 2,000 square feet and comes fitted with wide plank white oak flooring, marbled kitchen countertops, and oversized windows.

This condo is one of 52 that make up the total number of apartments in this building, located at 55 West 17th Street, between Fifth and Sixth Avenues (closer to Sixth). Apartments here come in one-to-four bedroom variants, and aside from the features mentioned in the model unit, the homes are fitted with Bianco Dolomiti marble walls and floors in the master bathrooms, custom oak cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer in each unit.
