Marketwatch staffer Catey Hill explores the findings of a new research analysis on 4,500 people's views of retirement from the TransAmerica Center for Retirement Studies. Hill notes that the median age of retirement in this country is 62, and fully 60% of people who are now retired say they retired sooner than they planned, according to the TransAmerica Center for Retirement Studies.
