Two divisions of Toll Brothers, the luxury home builder, have received Avid Awards for stellar customer service and building long-lasting relationships with their home buyers.

Toll Brothers’ New Jersey division was awarded the 2013 Avid Gold Award for Best Customer Experience in the Northeastern region, after besting other builders in the area on the Avid Index. The division’s index reading indicated that 97% of its home buyers said they would recommend Toll Brothers New Jersey to family and friends.

Toll Brothers New Jersey Urban won the 2013 Avid Benchmark Award for Top 25% Experience of Home Buyers Nationwide. The company’s Avid Index score for customer experience ranks among the top 25% of all U.S. builders, with 94% saying they would recommend Toll Brothers New Jersey Urban Division to family and friends.

Now in their 10th year, the Avid Awards is an industry-sponsored award program honoring builders for customer satisfaction. Homeowners were surveyed between January and December 2012.
