The New Home Co.'s Woodbury community in the San Francisco area reaped several awards at the recent Excellence in Home Building Awards sponsored by the Bay Area Building Industry Association.
The project took top honors for "Best Community" and “Best Architectural Design” for an attached home over 2,000 square feet.
The New Home Co.'s website describes the award-winning development:
The community of 56 new residential flats in the heart of Lafayette neighborhood with views of Mount Diablo represents a rare and special opportunity to own new construction in Lafayette. Life at Woodbury was designed to promote convenience. The idea is simple; less time spent caring for a home and more time enjoying the ease and independence of a state-of-the-art new residence in one of California’s most popular towns.
The firm was also named "Best Builder of the Year" and customer service rep Katrina Robinson was named “Best Customer Care Representative” in the Bay Area.
