We will then discuss the benefits of green homes and how LEED for Homes can help us obtain green, high performance homes. The key aspects of rating system will be explored as well as the roles and responsibilities of the key stake holders involved in a LEED for Homes project, including; USGBC, a LEED for Homes Provider, a LEED for Homes Green Rater and the design and construction team.
