Trilogy at Vistancia showcased its new trail system this past Saturday, with a two day event that also debuts three floor plans of Shea Homes' new Focus Collection.
Arizona Republic staffer David M. Brown writes that residents can enjoy 4.5 miles of discovery trails, which connect people to others in the community. When the trails are complete, residents will have nine miles of paths for joggers, walkers, and bike riders in the area.
“Being active and connecting to the community is at the heart of Trilogy at Vistancia," said Hal Looney, Arizona Area president, Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Division. "Our members love to walk and jog along the trails in our community. With the unique trail design, our members will get even more out of their hiking experience."
“Shea Homes prides itself on not only building homes but also building a community," he said. "Life here is all about connecting, not only with other people but also with the beautiful Sonoran landscape surrounding the community."
