Cubicco modular homes are designed to withstand high-velocity wind conditions using a variety of building techniques including:

Durable roofing.

A TPO membrane from GAF provides strong resistance to tears, punctures, and impact damage. Installed over waterproof plywood sheathing, the white material also reflects sunlight to help keep the house cool.

Strong framing.

Laminated veneer lumber from Finnish company Metsa features cross graining and engineered layers that provide superior strength and less waste. The lumber is cut via CNC machines, dovetailed together, and fastened in place.

Impact-resistant windows and doors.

Impact-resistant CGI windows and sliding doors with laminated glass and durable aluminum frames provide protection against large and small airborne debris.
