The New Home Company (“NEW HOME,” NYSE: NWHM) and Riverview Capital Investments this weekend will open residential sales at McKinley Village, the new urban master-planned community located within the historic East Sacramento neighborhood close to Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. A large selection of model homes as well as the community Clubhouse and pool, the first neighborhood park and public art will be unveiled during a public Grand Opening.

The five neighborhoods of McKinley Village will offer modern design and conveniences that enhance quality of life and minimize maintenance and repair associated with older alternatives in the area. Each residence is pre-wired for solar and electric vehicle chargers.
