KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Wednesday announced the grand opening of Oakmore Reserve in Tucson. Centrally located near Interstate 19, Oakmore Reserve offers home buyers the opportunity to own a newly-built home in an established area near major transportation routes, premier entertainment and outdoor recreation.

Oakmore Reserve is situated less than one mile from the Irvington Road interchange with I-19, providing connectivity to Interstate 10 and Ajo Way and convenience to Pima College campuses, the University of Arizona and other major employers. Residents have direct access to the Santa Cruz River Park Trail and shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby Tucson Spectrum.

The six one- and two-story floor plans available at Oakmore Reserve range in size from 1,465 to 2,657 square feet, and can be built with up to six bedrooms and three baths. The KB homes at Oakmore Reserve can be tailored to suit each home buyer’s individual preferences. According to the KB community’s website, the homes are priced from $160,990 – $201,990.

Like all KB homes, those offered at Oakmore Reserve are designed to be more energy and water efficient than typical new and resale homes, which can translate into potentially significant savings on monthly utility costs for KB homeowners.
