TRI Pointe Group announced last week that it was named one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group.

TRI Pointe earned this distinction primarily based on survey results measuring employee experience at the company. The award also recognized the employee-friendly benefits that TRI Pointe Group offers, such as competitive medical plans, 401(k) matching, and company paid disability. The company's perks also include paid community service days, tuition reimbursement, company lunches, gym reimbursement, and adoption assistance.
