Habitat for Humanity International has announced a major change in the management structure of the housing organization. Paul Leonard will take on the responsibility of CEO for Millard Fuller, who founded Habitat for Humanity International in 1976 and will continue in the role of founder president. Leonard made a commitment of two years' full-time service at Habitat's headquarters in Americus, Ga.

Andy Konovodoff has been promoted to president of Lombard, Ill.-based Town & Country Homes. Konovodoff joined Town & Country in 1995. Since 2001, he has served as executive vice president of operations.

Irvine-Calif.-based Taylor Woodrow Homes has appointed Tim McSunas president of its Southern California division. McSunas is an 18-year veteran of the industry who joined Taylor Woodrow after holding positions with John Laing Homes as director of land acquisition and Pardee Homes as regional vice president.

SummerHill Homes has named Kerry Zimmerman land acquisition manager. Zimmerman will be responsible for land acquisition in San Mateo, San Francisco, and Marin counties. Most recently, Zimmerman served as vice president of real estate for SunCal Co.

Atlanta-based Winmark Homes has brought on Scott Shapiro as CFO. Shapiro brings more than 10 years of experence at G.L. Homes of Florida. He also served as financial officer of the Georgia division of Pulte Homes.

Peter Orser, president of Quadrant Homes of Bellevue, Wash., recently announced two promotions. Denise Church has been named sales manager and Dave Mozzone has been named manager of quality of buyer services.
