Bielinski Homes of Waukesha, Wis., has announced the promotion of four members of its management staff and a new director of sales and marketing. COO Paul Bielinski has been named chief strategic officer. In this new position, Bielinski will be responsible for expanding building activity beyond the southeast Wisconsin region. Larry Gruber has been promoted from director of production to COO. As COO, Gruber will be responsible for all operational departments and will serve as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Replacing Gruber will be Justin Furnace, who leaves open the position of production systems manager. Furnace will manage a staff that coordinates the construction of all Bielinski single-family homes, condominiums, and apartment complexes. In other news, director of marketing Jack Broughton has been named director of environmental policy and Bob Riccio has joined the company to fill Broughton's open position as the new director of sales and marketing.

SeaGate Homes has announced that Michael Sawdai has joined the company as director of operations. Sawdai brings nearly 15 years of experience in sales management and operations in the home building industry. Most recently, Sawdai was director of sales and business development for a Miami-based builder. Dan Pettigrew has joined SeaGate as director of construction services. Pettigrew, who most recently served as vice president of operations for a Tampa-based home builder, has 25 years of experience in construction and management.

Pulte Homes' executive vice president and CFO, Roger Cregg, has been appointed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to serve on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago's Detroit Branch. Cregg will serve a three-year term. The Detroit Branch consists of seven members, four of whom are appointed by the Chicago Reserve Bank's Board of Directors and three by the Board of Governors.

Detroit-based diversified management holding company Soave Enterprises has named Michael Hollerbach senior vice president and member of the organization's Board of Directors. As senior vice president, Hollerbach's principle responsibility is to oversee Soave Enterprises' real estate group.
