 Do you know that 235 MILLION people play games on facebook each month? Yep, that’s what Mark Zuckerberg said on Tuesday during a live interview. So, how are you going to use this information to connect with prospects and homeowners through social media? Here are some ideas to consider…

-Have your online Sales Councilor challenge facebook fans to a game of Words With Friends. Of course you don’t actually want to pay someone to sit around playing scrabble all day. Pick a top score and see if people can beat that score for the chance to win (fill in the blank).

-Post a drawing from Draw Something and have facebook fans try and guess what you drew. Even better... Make it something related to your product. Maybe your best selling elevation etc.

You may be wondering what the point of these types of "games" would be. Aren't we trying to sell homes here? The point is to make your social media pages interesting and engaging. You don’t want to just push product in a social setting. You want to interact and make your page fun, and then once you get people there, they will also see all the great posts about your newest community or open house next weekend.
