Todd Britsch

Todd started his real estate career gathering data for Real Vision Information Services in 1986 which went on to become New Home Trends Inc. Under Todd’s leadership, New Home Trends reporting and consulting services became the go to source for industry professionals in the Pacific Northwest. Todd lead New Home Trends expansion into Portland Oregon, Boise Id and Spokane WA between 2003 and 2006.

In 2005 Todd became a principal owner and President of New Home Trends Inc. Todd grew New Home Trends client base by 500% between 2002 and 2007 by understanding the needs of New Home Trends clients, creating industry leading reporting services coupled with excellent customer service. Todd has consulted for dozens of Builders, Developers and Lending institutions over the last decade helping his client determine supply and demand, product pricing and placement.

In September of 2014, New Home Trends Inc., was acquired by Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood Company. Todd has remained with the company in a leadership role in the Pacific Northwest as the Regional Director overseeing Seattle and Portland services.

Todd is a frequent speaker on the trends of new construction housing for the:
• Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties
• Pierce County Master Builders
• Home Builders Association, Portland Oregon
• Building Industry Association of Washington

Todd has also been a guest speaker at industry events on behalf of:
