By BUILDER Magazine Staff. In a move they hope will increase online leads, and the Builder Homesite Consortium have entered a multi-year agreement under which HomeBuilder will act as reseller for the Consortium's property listings.

The goal is to help builders increase their exposure of online new-home listings while simplifying the collection of listing data. Builders listed on and can reach about 93 percent of the total Internet user audience. In other news, Builder Homesite will provide new-homes content to the new-homes section of, which includes listings for new and existing homes and apartments. The site claims nearly six million unique users monthly.
